Owner Ken comes from a "floor covering" family. He was an installer starting in the summers of high school. In 2002 he began his pursuit to work the office side of the industry. Ken brings important knowledge and experience from his days of installing flooring, mixed with his desire to operate a business that feels like friends to its customers, and can be trusted. He likes to laugh and joke with everyone, however business is very important to him.

Josh Crossgrove

Sales manager Josh has been in sales for 24+ years. He lives in the small town of Continental, OH with his wife & 2 kids. Josh enjoys helping customers with his small town friendliness. When Josh is out of the office he is spending time with his family or coaching and reffing soccer & basketball!

Lisa Tucker

Office Manager Lisa has been with Simplified Flooring from day one, 17 years. She has a strong passion for Simplified Flooring. Customer care is of up most importance to her. Originally from Lima and a Bath graduate, she has raised her family locally. Simplified Flooring is not just a job to Lisa, its family.
